The Reusify team has discovered an issue with the Motor Vehicle Reports service for Colorado.

Issue details:
The following information has been provided by LexisNexis:

Dear DRV Customer:
The Colorado Division of Motor Vehicles is upgrading their MVR system and will deploy a statewide database update from February 13-16, 2026. During this time, both batch to interactive (BTI) and interactive CO MVRs will become unavailable beginning Friday, February 13th at 7:00 PM EST through Monday, February 16th, at 9:00 PM EST. The DMV has confirmed that this upgrade will not include changes to the Colorado MVR results. After the upgrade is complete, we will perform testing to validate no change occurred.
Please note, you may continue to submit requests to access LexisNexis internal Colorado products during the scheduled downtime.
